At Birch & Co., we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Free of stains, odours, pet hair, or damage.
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift Cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Undergarments or other personal-use items where applicable

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Birch & Co. cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
